Refund/Return Policy

 

Within 30 days of receipt you may return for a full credit to your credit card any product, with the exception of special order and special priced items, purchased from 360partssource.com as long as it is in original condition, complete, never installed or used, undamaged in any way and in its original unopened inner packaging. You will be credited for the price of the product plus sales tax if applicable. You will not be credited for the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.

Defective product returns are subject to the return/replacement polices of the appropriate manufacturer and are not the responsibility of 360partssource.com.

Contact us via email for return instructions (see "About Us" for contact info). All returns must be received within 15 days of issuance of the RMA.

We can not be responsible for any returns made without an RMA being issued or without our shipping instructions.

Special order items are those items noted as such in the product description tab. Such items are not returnable under the above policy. Special priced items (discounts for multiple quantities and such) may not be returnable or may be subject to handling charges.

 

Damaged Products

Damage to the shipping container must be reported to the carrier at the time of receipt of the product. After inspecting the product if you find there is damage to the product itself notify 360partssource.com via email along with pictures of the damage to the container and the product.

 

Manufacturers and distributors require that concealed damage be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product so it is imperative you open and inspect the product upon receipt. Concealed damage claims after that time frame will be rejected by the manufacturer and/or distributor.

 

Concealed damage should be reported to 360partssource.com via email along with pictures of the shipping container and the product.

Warranty

Products sold by 360partssource.com are subject only by the applicable manufacturers' warranties and conditions, if any. All warranty claims are subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval is subject to the manufacturer's discretion. 360partssource.com provides no product warranties and to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, 360partssource.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
